In 2012, brothers Mehmet Dag and Mustafa Dag opened up the restaurant they had been dreaming of for years. After struggling to find the perfect location, they opened up their first non-alcoholic, new-generation steak house restaurant located in Bahçelievler, Istanbul.

Being a non-alcoholic and high price meat restaurant, the first 6 months were tough for the brothers, however they persisted and worked hard to create quality service at the right price point for their customers. The region where the brothers were located, was in close proximity to airports and business centres and had became the popular choice for not only the Turkish Airlines, but for tourists and businessmen alike.

Mehmet and Mustafa Dağ opened their first branch in Şirinevler, Turkey in 2012 with the concept of establishing their sought-after dream of owning a Steakhouse. FLORYA has brought a new perspective to the meat culture here in Riyadh and has become a popular destination for those who are captivated by the exquisite selections and quality of meats.

Mehmet and Mustafa Dağ’s heritage and culture influence the heart and soul behind Florya, by creating a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere, without compromising on quality, taste or service. As a result of their success, Mehmet and Mustafa now own Steakhouses around the Middle East and Europe region, specifically in Manchester, Lebanon, Kuwait and Turkey.
